S1 seat (ty250)

worked on my seat today, got it finished, tomo i can do the green on the tank.

again my paint booth is a bit poor... that might be an understatement.

Speed rubbers

S1 street tracker head light

Fabricated some crappy but useful mounts for the number plate. Just a hoseclamp with a post on it. 

#plate turned out ok. I'm sure it's a like it or hate it thing for most people.

for the record, i have no fucking clue what im doing. but i didnt catch fire so far so good.

Sanded

It's always enjoyable to sand down the layers and see a few years of history. The TY250 seats next layer will be white and green. 

Wiring

Finished up the simple wiring except for the headlight. Whenever that gets here.

Frame

Is done. Now time to assemble again. I'm not looking forward to cleaning that thilthy engine. 

Fog

I need my paint booth back. It's getting foggy in here. As is my brain. 

Battery box

Roughed up my battery box and storage for a regulator, spare plugs, a screw driver, and a sparkplug wrench.

i never really did finish the frame on my S1 street tracker so ive just pulled it apart to finish de-tabbing it, and finish some parts of it off such as where i hacked the end of the subframe off and made some shitty seat mounts. I got a new front seat mount setup with a new ignition switch/led, welded rear posts on the frame for the seat. i also picked up a modern regulator/rectifier to in hopes of not over charging my next battery. i will be able to hide the battery and regulater much better now as well. im almost done with my wr450/yfz motor that i wanted to build something with and couldnt resist seeing if it fits into the S1 frame, and what do you know, it does! i dont want to use it in this bike but damn do i want to build something with it.

Longest winter I can remember.

But I'm going to get ready for spring. Next up, shave the heads.
